At WHOSiFY, we take full responsibility for your order, ensuring its seamless journey from placement to production and packaging. However, once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, our oversight concludes.

If any items are damaged during shipping, kindly address the issue directly with the shipping carrier. They will assist you in resolving the matter.

In the unfortunate event that your order is returned to us as undeliverable, please note that a reshipment fee equivalent to 100% of the initial shipping charge will be required.

To ensure effective communication regarding delivery matters, please provide a phone number when placing your order. This enables us to easily reach out to you in the event of any unforeseen delivery issues.
