In the unlikely event that a purchased product is discontinued, we will offer a like-for-like replacement or a similar product of equivalent specifications, up to the maximum value of your original purchase. Rest assured, if a product becomes unavailable, we will provide you with the next suitable equivalent at no additional cost.

 

What does WHOSiFY Care cover?

- Loss of the product

- Accidental damage

- Any cosmetic damage, such as rust or scratches

- Theft of the product

WHOSiFY Care Plan (Card Warranty) Important Information:

 

- This is an extended warranty, not insurance.

- "Us, We, Our" refers to WHOSiFY, registered at FLAT/RM.07, 9/F, SUMMIT INSURANCE BUILDING, NOS789,791&793 NATHAN ROAD, KL.

- "You, Your" refers to the purchaser of WHOSiFY Care Plan (Card Warranty).

- Your household insurance may offer additional protection for your product.

- You are eligible for one replacement per year under the WHOSiFY Care Plan.

- Our obligations may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control.

- Damaged products will have the link disabled and be replaced.

- You are responsible for postage, packaging, and related costs.

- WHOSiFY Care Plan aims to provide peace of mind for your purchased products.
