1. About these terms

This online store is operated by WHOSiFY Group Limited (“WHOSiFY”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These terms apply to your use of our online store and purchases made through it.

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Corporate solutions and services covered by a separately agreed quotation, work order or service agreement are subject to those documents. Where there is a conflict, the separately agreed terms apply to the relevant services.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Please provide accurate and complete contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order.

Prices and payment currency are displayed in the store. Applicable shipping charges and discounts are shown at checkout. Please review your order details and total before completing payment.

Product availability and prices may change. We will contact you if an error or availability issue affects your order. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, payments received for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.

For order changes or cancellation requests, please contact us promptly with your order number so we can review the request and confirm the available arrangements.

3. Custom designs and printing

For custom-printed cards, please carefully check the names, spelling, contact details, images and layout before submitting your design.

You must own or have permission to use any logos, images, text or other materials you submit. You authorise WHOSiFY and its production service providers to use these materials as necessary to fulfil your order.

On-screen colours and previews may differ from the finished product because of screen settings, materials and printing processes. This does not affect how we handle defective or incorrect items under our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Production and delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided on the relevant product page, at checkout or in our communications with you. Custom requirements may require a separately agreed schedule.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct, and contact us if your order is delayed or delivery details need to change.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Standard, non-customised cards may be eligible for return if both unused and unactivated, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Custom-printed cards are not eligible for standard returns or refunds.

Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy for the full arrangements. If these terms conflict with that policy on a return or refund matter, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Digital features and account security

The digital-profile and app features included with your purchase are described in the relevant product or service information.

Availability of particular features may depend on your device, operating system, browser, settings and internet connection. Please check compatibility information or contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.

Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not use the store or related services for unlawful purposes, impersonate another person or organisation, submit misleading information, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malicious software, or interfere with system security.

Website content, branding and designs belong to WHOSiFY or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without the relevant permission.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or a breach of these terms.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

The store may include third-party payment services, design tools or links. Their relevant terms and privacy policies may also apply when you use them. WHOSiFY remains responsible for its own obligations relating to your purchase.

9. Service availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the store and related services available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues or third-party outages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove any express commitments made in the applicable product description or your agreement with us.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change the agreed terms of an existing order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
